Return Policy

We have a 5 day FREE Return/Exchange policy, which means you have 5 calendar from time of delivery to return your item(s) via a pre-paid label provided by Pink Peonies Boutique. However, you can return an item for up to 30 days after receipt for a full refund but the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

To start a return, please contact us within 30 calendar days after receipt of your order at support@pink-peonies.com. Provide your reason for return/exchange and we will send you a return shipping label to use.  Items sent back to us without the provided return label will not be accepted. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
We do not except returns on SALE items or gift cards.

Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your item, please send us an email at support@pink-peonies.com within 5 days of receipt of your order with details of the item(s) you would like to receive as an exchange.  We will send you a pre-paid return label to return your item, but you will be charged full shipping on your exchange.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received your return.  You will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind it can take a few days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
